That’s very true. Pharo is not a mainstream language (yet). For that reason, there are relatively few jobs. However, the same criticism applies to all other non-mainstream languages like Clojure, Crystal, Dart, Elixir, Elm, F#, Haskell, Haxe, Julia, Nim, Racket, etc., some of which have received a great deal of public attention in recent years. That doesn’t mean they’re not worth considering.

I’m working very hard to market and advocate for Pharo. Hopefully, this will turn things around.
