That simply is not true. Smalltalk is widely used in industry. For example, it drives the silicon fab machines that produce the chips used in your smartphones, laptops, etc. It’s used for all kinds of enterprise business applications, esp. in the financial industry. Thales, the French engineering giant, uses Smalltalk for their virtual reality applications. I could go on and on and on.
