Staffing will be a massive problem. According to Statista in 2016, China graduated 4.7 million STEM graduates. India graduated 2.6 million. USA only graduated 568,000.

USA cannot solve this problem through immigration or paying high salaries. Given all the domestic problems in America, there'll be far fewer takers than you might imagine.
