Not to nitpick, but I’ve read articles here at Medium and elsewhere that claim using React has been very problematic. Frankly, I don’t know who to believe. I suspect it depends a lot on the individual. Some people may take to React like piranhas to chum and others may choke on it. At any rate, I listed a few frameworks because I didn’t want to look like an idiot taking inventory of all the JS frameworks in the world. But if you like, I can do that now. It probably won’t alter the substance nor thesis of my article.

I don’t think that’s true. The vast majority of JS devs regularly get into trouble and produce crap code. One only needs to look at all the crap code in JavaScript’s enormous ecosystem of libraries. Eric Elliott and others have lamented on the quality of today’s JS programmers. You can’t lay the blame entirely on these people. JavaScript has to assume a share of the responsibility. The lion’s share.
