JavaScript is an exceptional case. It's a very sloppy language. JavaScript programming is a very sloppy process. Too many JS programmers are low quality.

Since TypeScript is a strict superset of JavaScript, it cannot hide all the ugliness. It's essentially a Band-Aid solution.

I'd rather avoid web development altogether.
