It’s not a bet I would make. There are many cross-platform languages fighting for market dominance, and there’s no particular reason why Swift should win.

C# (Xamarin), C++, Dart (Flutter), Java (Codename One), JavaScript (React Native), Ruby (RubyMotion)…they all have mobile and TensorFlow support. With Apache Cordova or Adobe PhoneGap, the field is even wider…just about any transpiled language can play! There are dozens of them, including PharoJS (my favourite). Yes, Pharo has TensorFlow support.
