How many points do I have to make? There is only one point that counts:

JavaScript has many profound language flaws, exemplified by the numerous WATs and WTFs that have been ridiculed for years, that ECMA TC39 are unwilling to fix. (Instead, they churn out ES6, ES7, ES8.) These flaws are the language’s Achilles’ Heel.

One point. It demonstrates that JavaScript is not a good programming language.
