Exactly! That's what I tell people all the time. There's nothing alien about Smalltalk's image-based development. It's a lot like using Docker containers.

Or using a Linux system image in VMware or VirtualBox where you host your Java IDE, compiler, application and support libraries. What programmer hasn't used such a setup?
