Dynamically typed languages encourage flexibility and freely using variables as you please. You may regard this as a weakness but many programmers do not.

Dynamically typed languages are very convenient in the experience of many developers. They aren't constrained by a straightjacket.

These two schools will forever debate this. Neither side can win. So let's just accept this and move on.
